ICT SHORT COURSES

CISCO CERTIFIED NETWORKING ASSOCIATE COURSE (CCNA)

CCNA is an internationally recognized course offering a solid foundation in computer networking.

• Equivalent to an Ordinary Diploma as approved by NCHE
• Upon successful completion one can apply for a Bachelors degree in a related field at Makerere University
• Course is structured in 4 semesters
• Emphasis on hands on labs / Practicals
• Instruction 100% in person

Duration: Minimum 6 months Tuition: 450,000 – Females, 550,000 – Males

Award: Certificate for each semester

IT ESSENTIALS

IT Essentials is an internationally recognized course offering a solid foundation in Computer hardware and

Software Maintenance, Plus Network Operating Systems (NOS). Emphasis on Hands ON labs/ Practicals

Instruction 100% in Person

Duration: 8 Weeks Tuition: 300,000 – Females, 350,000- Males

Award: Certificate

CERTIFICATE IN COMPUTER APPLICATIONS (CCA)

Provides sufficient skills in computer applications especially for Novice users

Duration: 6 Weeks

Tuition: 130,000- Females 140,000-Males

Award: Certificate in Computer applications

DATA ANALYSIS WITH SPSS

Duration: 4Weeks

Tuition: 200,000- Females, 250,000-Males

Award: Certificate in Data Analysis

CISCO CERTIFIED NETWORKING PROFESSIONAL (CCNP)

1. Course is structured in 3 semesters / modules
2. Emphasis on hands on labs / Practicals
3. Instruction 100% in person

Duration: 7 months Tuition: 600,000

Award: Certificate for each semester / module

1. Application fees and ID –20,000/- (Applies to CCNA, CCNP and IT Ess. only)
