These include a baseline survey to establish the knowledge gaps, roles, expectations and needs; designing and implementing targeted innovations to address SH. An end line survey/evaluation will be conducted to establish the impact of the interventions, document and disseminate the lessons learnt especially the best practices for empowering students and staff to prevent sexual harassment in HEIs.
