The project provides a holistic and sustainable approach that involves all key stakeholders in addressing sexual harassment in Higher Learning Institutions (HEIs). The research applies multiple interventions targeting different stakeholders. The study will utilize an action research design with a mixed methods approach involving evaluation methodologies that are both quantitative and qualitative to establish the effects of the proposed innovations on ending sexual harassment. These include a baseline survey to establish the knowledge gaps, roles, expectations and needs; designing and implementing targeted innovations to address SH. An end line survey/evaluation will be conducted to establish the impact of the interventions, document and disseminate the lessons learnt especially the best practices for empowering students and staff to prevent sexual harassment in HEIs.
